Mountain Majesty- We thoroughly enjoyed staying here at Mountain Majesty! It is nestled back in a quiet valley, a few miles north of Kingston. Everything about this place says "peaceful - comfortable - relaxing". Of course everything was perfectly clean and there were plenty of amenities. Kitchen fully stocked, Roku device in the living room for netflix, good wifi, and a pleasant surprise was the very nice fence around the yard and driveway to keep our little four legged pipsqueak from wandering off. Mountain Majesty- Loved our stay here! They were very accommodating, letting 3 families, 16 people, stay at Mountain Majesty, which was amply supplied with enough space for 6 adults, 5 teenagers, and 5 kids. We had a blast taking advantage of the house's proximity to the Buffalo River, it's large ranch-style layout, and a porch perfect for evening hanging out. Highly recommend this property! I hope we can use it again in the future! -Jennifer K

The Resting Place Cabin - Beautiful home and land that is central to so many fun activities. The cabin is so clean and very well stocked (kitchen especially). We loved the on-site hiking trail and animals. This is a wonderful place for families or large groups...plenty of space to spread out. Communication was always very quick, and Johnny and Julianne (caretakers, property managers) were so helpful and kind. This truly is God’s country...beauty and serenity abound. The Resting Place Cabin - Such a beautiful place, with so many extra touches, you almost don’t even have to leave the ranch. Plenty of space/ beds to sleep in. We were greeted with horses and a donkey during our initial arrival, the kids loved petting the animals, we played family volleyball, cooked out in the grill -I just can’t express how amazing this trip was thanks to this rental. I have already had so many people ask for the link to book here because they fell in love with my posts. I would definitely recommend this awesome place. -Reina

The Prophets Quarters - ***** Very clean place. When I say clean, I mean I wish they would come to my house and clean. It’s exactly how the host described it. It was very nice to get out of Houston and relax with no cell service or TV. They had internet which was good for the little bit of remote work I had to do. Great home base to come to from the beautiful hikes we went on. I’m not a bathtub person, but after the long hikes in the rain, the jetted bathtub was nice and relaxing. - Matthew

The Prophets Quarters - If you want to get away to a quiet country site, this is a great place for couples. We were looking for a place near the Eden Falls and found this great little gem tucked away. It is an amazing little place, with the creek that runs right in front--I loved the sound of the water. We enjoyed nature in the area as we got to see deer everywhere, the elk near the Buffalo River, and of course, the property cat who greeted us and said goodbye to us on the last day. The place is super clean and the management is quick in responding with any questions or issues. Definitely recommend. - Mary

Hannah House - This place was lovely!! We really enjoyed how secluded it was. The fire pit was a huge bonus and the house is even bigger than it looked in the pics. If you’re on the fence, just go ahead and book it!! - Emily

Hannah House - This was our second friends trip staying at the Hannah House and it was just as amazing as the first! All of the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. The place itself is spacious, clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The location is PERFECT! Close to hiking, floating and fishing. Staying onsite is just as amazing with the wrap around porch, fire pit and large living and kitchen, the place is perfect for those rainy days as well! We can't wait to be back. - Allie TX

Hannah House - The Views!!! We went with a group of 8 and a baby, and we got there and the place was much nicer than we anticipated. There was enough room for everyone, and it was really nice to have our group dinners together there. I put up my hammock outside and the view/surrounding area was very pleasing to look at. Definitely recommend turning off all of the porch lights and laying in the front yard to stare up at the stars! the location was great as it wasn’t too far out from the major hikes and the rivers. Perfect place and we hope to stay here again. - Katey

The Resting Place Cabin - Picturesque view from front porch of the house. Fire pit, Volleyball court, Horses are the highlights of this house. We stayed at this house for 3 nights (10 people comfortably). Whitaker point hike is a close drive from here. Last night we spent 2 hours in front yard (all lights switched off) looking at the sky, best stargazing experience of my life. There is cellular network problem but host has WiFi in this house, so that's fine. Overall, I would strongly recommend this house for a weekend gateway from busy city life. - Madhura
